EMP is excited to partner with Green Options for the 2020/21 season who will take over the maintenance and preparation of the Aberfeldie Park wicket.
A landscape management company with 30 years experience, Green Options is a leader in sports turf, garden and open-space management with contracts such as Olympic venues, professional sporting fields including international, state and first grade cricket venues, as well as NRL and AFL venues.
EMP President Leah Caluzzi was excited to welcome Green Options.
“With significant investment made from Moonee Valley City Council and Cricket Victoria to improve the outfield surface in recent times, we are excited to have Green Options on board to look after our centre wicket”, Caluzzi said.
“This will not only allow us the best possible match day wicket, but provide a huge boost to our training standard via the opportunity to utilise more centre wicket sessions.”
Green Options’ Justin Morton said: “Green Options is excited for our partnership with such a great club. Our curators are delighted that they have been given the chance to bring their experience to Aberfeldie Park to roll out some great wickets for EMP this upcoming season!”
