Essendon Maribyrnong Park thanks Karen Rolton for her outstanding contribution to the club in her five years as Head Coach.
After joining the club in 2013/14, Rolton played a pivotal role in the club’s development which saw her take the Bombers to six Premierships during her tenure.
The 2016/17 Nell McLarty Medallist spoke with pride on the club’s achievements over the past five seasons.
“I’m proud of what we’ve been able to achieve over the past few seasons and to see so many players go on to representative honours is really pleasing.
Whilst sad its come to an end, I’ll forever consider myself part of the EMP family and am honoured to have coached a club with such a proud history.”
President Emily McIntyre thanked Rolton for her contribution.
“Rolts has played a vital role in taking the club to the next phase of our development and we thank her for all she has done since joining the red and black.”
